Yes! All FutShirt orders include a tracking code . As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the code to track the delivery in real time.
3. What is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies between 7 to 15 business days after order submission. Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
In exceptional cases, such as periods of high order volume, holidays or customs inspections, the deadline may be extended, with a maximum guaranteed deadline of 60 working days .
4. What should I do if I don't receive the tracking code?
If within 7 business days after shipping you still have not received your tracking code, please contact our team by email at support@futshirt.eu , providing your order number. We will respond within 24 business hours .
5. Do the products have a warranty?
Yes! We guarantee exchange or refund for orders that have manufacturing defects or shipping errors . The deadline to request a return or exchange is up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
